Inquiry-Based Learning

Inquiry-based learning is a form of active learning that starts by posing questions, problems or scenarios. It contrasts with traditional education, which generally relies on the teacher presenting facts and their knowledge about the subject.

Inquiry-based learning is an unorthodox method of learning which incorporates the active participation of students by involving them in posing questions and bringing real-life experiences to them. The basis of this method is to channel the thought process of the students through queries and help them with “how to think" instead of “what to think".
